Choosing Between a Vocational or Recreational Course
When booking your course, you'll be asked to select whether you're taking it for vocational or recreational purposes. This helps us understand why you're training with us, but rest assured—it won’t affect your course experience in any way.
Vocational: Select this option if you plan to use the skills you learn for a business or professional purpose. This includes starting a business, offering services, or integrating these skills into your existing work.
Recreational: Choose this if you're attending purely for enjoyment, personal interest, or as a hobby, with no intention of using the skills professionally.
This selection is for our internal records and administration only—it does not impact your learning, the course content, or how we teach. If you’re unsure which to choose, just pick the one that best aligns with your intentions.

“Karen's second workshop week was keenly anticipated by locals and over 100 people attended. Her skill at being able to adapt to all abilities meant everyone took something away regardless of talent or age. Others have taken the challenge to further their skills by attending workshops with Naturally Useful”
Kate from Boat of Garten Wildlife Group.

What a brilliant afternoon - so well explained and I felt encouraged and given the skills to be creative. Amy had so much patience and is a great tutor. There was a buzz to this workshop.
Helen Turner who made a willow fence panel.
